We are here to help.

The best thing about PowerPoint is that everyone has it. And the worst thing about PowerPoint is that everyone has it. It's a great presentation design program. But PowerPoint design is not your thing. You should be concentrating on the content of your presentation, and the last thing you want is to get bogged down fighting with a program you don't know your way around. Face it, you have one chance to make a positive impression. Let us help you design a professional presentation that you need.

    The Process

    Let's Meet

    We will meet over the phone or via videoconference to go over your presentation design goals, needs, brand identity, a timeline for your project and any other details.

    Proposal

    Based on the first meeting, we will provide a proposal which will include an Agreement/Contract.

    Design and Production

    We will send you a couple of slides to make sure we are on the same page...or...um...slide. After you review and request any changes, we move on to creating the entire deck.

    Completion

    We will take your notes into account and complete the design and production of the entire slide deck. We will edit based on your revisions, which are usually a change here and there. Upon final approval, we will provide you with a link to your final presentation!

    We do more than just presentation design. We also provide traditional graphic design solutions and can also help you make that lasting impression, giving your business or organization an immediately recognizable presence.  Whether it is your annual report, a poster to get the word out about your high school musical, a print advertisement featuring your products or services, a brochure for your summer sports camp, or some other type of printed material, we'll work with you and the printer so you put your best foot forward. We will work with you on branding that will set you apart from the competition and expresses your organization’s values, image and direction.

    Our Mission

    At HVC Presentations, we are dedicated to using our 30+ years of experience and knowledge to provide you with the high-quality presentation design and production services you deserve. Most graphic designers don't hang around in PowerPoint the way we do. We grew up with it. Believe it or not, for a program that is on just about everyone's computer, designing top shelf slide decks based on sound presentation design principles is a niche skill set. And we have it.

    We will typically complete a presentation design project in five to seven days. Obviously, the number of slides and the level of intricacy could impact that one way or the other. For traditional (non-PowerPoint) design projects, it depends on the type and scope of the project.

    Sometimes we can squeeze in a rush job. It depends on availability. Reach out and we will discuss. And if we can't do it, we probably know someone who can.

    Rough slides. Word outline. Drawings. Written notes. But keep in mind, the better shape your content is in, the quicker we can get to work designing and producing the "Wow Factor!" slides. We are designers and we can shape your content for design and context, but we can't write it for you. Only you can do that.

    If you have a high resolution logo in eps, ai, pdf or png format, that would help greatly. If you have a style guide, or an up to date web site, we will follow that along with your input. Also, if there are any specific photos, data or other materials to go in the presentation, we will need them.

    Certainly! Outside of some elements we may create in Photoshop and Illustrator, you will be able to edit all the text in the presentation.
